Following a near sell-out run of Shrek the Musical last year, TMTG is delighted to be performing the feel-good musical comedy smash ‘Sister Act’, based on the hit 1992 film, at the Olympus Theatre (Bristol Institute of Performing Arts) from 25th-28th October 2023.
When disco diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a murder, she is put in protective custody in one place the cops are sure she won't be found, a convent! Follow this nun on the run as she helps her fellow sisters find their voices as she rediscovers her own.
Featuring original music by Tony® and 8-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken, Sister Act is filled with songs inspired by Motown, soul and disco, outrageous dancing, and a truly moving story of love and sisterhood.
